Majority of Pakistani families does not like people of showbiz and call them by names but why does they want their upcoming daughter in law should be slim like a mode? I mean "Modelling kerwani hay ya ramp per chalwana hay?"
3. She must be fair like milk
Oh my my, how does a person with milky skin looks like?
4. She must be family oriented
Okay, but will you give her time to understand your family too?
5. She must be well educated
That a good point as long as your boy is educated too.
6. She must be a working woman
Working woman is a good point but your boy and family should not asked for money from her, its even against the Islam too.
7. She must be a doctor
Does your son a doctor too or you are looking for free medical services?
8. She must be less than 20 or equal
Give me a break, let the new generation mature enough for marriage.
9. She must be religious
Good point, but you should not force your values on her.

Plus 1 for good manners but please behave with manner with her too.
